Cole-Parmer Instrument Company introduces the 'DO 2000', an advanced 1/2-DIN controller for dissolved oxygen measurements from Eutech Instruments, giving customisable features and easy setup!

Cole-Parmer Instrument Company introduces the 'DO 2000', an advanced 1/2-DIN controller for dissolved oxygen measurements from Eutech Instruments.

The DO 2000 features a measurement range of 0 to 20 ppm or 0 to 200% saturation, making it ideal for use in a variety of applications ranging from water treatment and monitoring to pharmaceutical and food processing.

This CE-approved controller offers on/off, proportional (P), or proportional integral (PI) control modes with pulse length or pulse frequency determinants.

Four programmable relays with time delay capabilities allow for customised control.

Utilise two current outputs, selectable pulse frequency or pulse length output, or voltage output options for additional control functions and data recording.

A variety of built-in checks minimise operational errors: two-level passwords protect calibration and set-up modes; non-volatile memory prevents data erasure due to power failure; and built-in calibration checks reinforce good data.

In addition, independently adjustable hysteresis for high and low set-points prevents chattering of relays around the set-points.

The IP65-rated housing protects against dust, liquids, and electromagnetic interference.

The UV-protected, adjustable backlit LCD displays both the dissolved oxygen reading and temperature, along with enunciators, alarm status, and any operational and error messages.

Controller compensates DO readings for temperature, barometric pressure, and salinity.
