New appointments at Cranford Controls

Cranford Controls has further strengthened its sales and marketing team with the appointment of Claire Knott as UK Technical Sales Manager and Charlotte Philo as Marketing Assistant

Claire Knott has more than seven years of experience in the fire industry, having previously worked in sales roles for two well-known manufacturing companies: Apollo, the detector supplier, and C-Tec, the control panel specialist.

Responsible for managing all UK accounts and providing technical support to customers, her knowledge of the industry and the large number of contacts will be a considerable asset in selling the Cranford range of sounders, beacons and ancillary devices for the fire, security and process control industries.

Charlotte Philo brings considerable experience of corporate branding in a B2B environment to her new role, where she will initially be focusing on the key promotional tasks of ensuring a strong identity across all communications channels such as advertising, exhibitions, literature, press releases and the website.
