The innovative Mitsubishi AQF-100 is an automated in-line combustion system, designed to trap the products liberated during combustion and inject a sample to the IC system.
The Ion Chromatography system allows determination of sub-ppm concentrations, total speciated halides (fluorine, chloride, bromine, and iodine) and total sulphur (as sulphate) with one instrument.
The prep station is fully automated: combustion, absorption and injection into the IC are quick, safe and reliable.
The AQF-100 simultaneously performs combustion and absorption operations, which significantly improves measurement quality while reducing time and sample handling costs.
The AQF-100 prep station features an automated boat controller (ABC) that injects liquid samples into the furnace automatically and a fully integrated absorption unit (GA-100) that assures sample integrity.
Windows-based software enables the user to control the combustion process and report the results of the chromatographic run.
Traditional apparatus for testing fuels and conducting reactions under heat and pressure require special care but the fully automated AQF-100 effectively eliminates bomb methods, wet chemical digestion and measuring time, creating a safe and highly efficient operation.
For the analysis of sulphur, fluorine, chlorine, bromine and iodine in solid or liquid samples, the AQF-100 is unrivalled.
