Dicoll Ltd are pleased to announce the release of a new range of low cost high performance industrial LCD monitors to the UK market.

Ranging in size from 6.4 up to 40 inches these high quality full colour LCD displays are available with and without touch screens and are ideally suited to the industrial process and control market.

There are a number of presentation options available starting with the basic open frame chassis and including panel mount, rack mount, chassis mount and even desktop versions.

A range of different brightnesses from 250cd/m up to 600cd/m, viewing angles up to 170 degrees and contrast ratios up to 600:1 are available.

Resolution formats covering VGA, SVGA, XGA, SXGA and WXGA along with optional video interfaces, speakers and anti-glare toughened glass complete the variations.

The option of integrated touch screens onto this range makes them ideal as replacements for systems formerly using keyboards and trackballs or mice.

The use of touchscreens in industrial applications is increasing as users realise the benefits of simplifying processes and of reducing room for error.

Although these highly robust displays are designed with industrial applications in mind, their quality is such that they are equally at home in high performance applications such as AV systems and public access kiosks.
