Diba Click-N-Seal Assemblies in Germany
Diba Industries will showcase critical fluid handling components for IVD and scientific instrument manufacturers during the ComPaMED/Medica 2007 Exhibition, November 14-16, in Dusseldorf Germany
The newest Diba product, the patent pending Click-N-Seal connection fitting, part of its Torque Right line, will join its full line of Flared Tubing Assemblies and Probes at stand number 8bD02 in Dusseldorf Over-tightening fittings results in poor fluid connections and leaky processing

Re-usable connections with consistent torque
The Diba Click-N-Seal re-usable fluid connection fittings provide audible and tactile cues to assure proper and consistent tightening torque every time
Diba Click-N-Seal eliminates this process variable, by providing objective feedback that the required torque for a proper seal has been achieved, thereby preventing excess torque.
During tightening, the Click-N-Seal connection clicks when the correct torque is reached.
The installer can feel and hear the click, and is physically prevented from tightening beyond that point.
This tactile and audible indicator enables hand tightening of fittings without tools or guesswork.
The fitting can be unthreaded by simply turning it backwards, for reuse.
When paired with Diba Flared Tubing Assemblies, Torque Right fittings produce a consistent fluid path and internal tubing diameter in any type of fluid line, eliminating leaks, dead volumes and carryover problems.
Diba also offers a complete line of aspirate/dispense, piercing, level sensing, vented, fluoropolymer coated and fluoropolymer lined reagent and sample transfer probes.
Flared Tubing Assembly and Probe materials and configurations are custom fit to any instrument manufacturer specification.
