Visitors to the domnick hunter stand were given the opportunity to see a live product demonstration; nitrogen gas was bubbled through coloured water from an N2MID350 (capable of producing 3,900 litres of N2 gas per hour).
An N2MAX104 (capable of generating 11,400 litres of N2 gas per hour) was also on display along with examples of products packed in a protective atmosphere.
Visitors were also given a free sachet of Columbian ground coffee packed in nitrogen and a free coffee cup.
The coffee theme continued with a luxury espresso/cappuccino maker up for grabs.
The lucky winner was Real Crisps based in Newport.
