Each system has approximately 20 hose connection points, interconnected with a fixed pipework system connected back to a filter separator and exhauster package.
The extracted materials are separated from the conveying air stream within a filter separator which houses a number of tubular bags with the extracted materials collected within plastic liners located within a removable bin at the base of the unit.
The bins are provided with a quick release pressure balance system, and are located on castors and fitted with forklift guides for transportation to the clients waste material compacting facility.
Motive air for each system is generated by an exhauster package powered by a 15kw motor and located within a force draft ventilated acoustic enclosure.
The systems have also been fitted with absolute HEPA filtration.
Located on the support structure of each filter separator is the system electrical control panel housing the necessary auto star delta starter and control for the sequenced operation of the system.
A remote push button in a wall mounting stainless steel housing has been provided to start the system within the production area.
The system was designed, installed and commissioned within 3 months from instructions being placed with Dust Extraction (International) Limited and is operating to the client's complete satisfaction.
