easyFairs Maintec 2008 to be the best yet!
easyFairs Maintec 2008 will provide innovation and practical solutions for maintenance and asset management industry professionals in a comprehensive show experience
easyFairs Maintec, the UK's only dedicated event for the maintenance and asset management industry, looks set to break all previous records next year, with 80% of the exhibition space already sold and five months still to go.
Innovation and practical solutions will be the order of the day at the NEC next March, where easyFairs MAINTEC 2008 will address the challenges of meeting today's productivity, efficiency and compliance demands.
Encompassing the manufacturing and process industries, the public sector, and plant and asset management organisations, it is the ideal forum for companies and industry professionals involved in maintenance and asset management, including predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, CMMS, health and safety, and facilities management.
For exhibitors, it is an unrivalled opportunity to showcase the latest products and solutions that optimise plant availability and productivity by reducing machine down time and avoiding unplanned shutdowns, cutting maintenance costs and improving efficiency.
Energy efficiency and smarter asset management solutions are also key themes for 2008.
What's more, the 2007 show attracted more than 2,000 highly qualified engineering decision makers representing key industry players and 2008 promises to be even bigger.
Not only will it be co-located for the first time with easyFairs Solids, the UK's main event for companies and professionals involved in solids processing, handling and storage but it will also cater for the growing number of professionals tasked with the job of reducing the environmental impact of the operations and facilities they manage.
"Bringing these events together will provide an integrated networking and exhibition platform for senior and operational decision makers with a broader remit and ensures that easyFairs Maintec 2008 exhibitors will reach a much broader cross-section of relevant professionals," says Peter Heath, managing director of easyFairs UK.
For visitors, it will be chance to check out the latest innovations from 150 plus companies, from condition monitoring specialists to vibration sensor suppliers, and training providers to access platform providers.
Among the innovations on show will be:.
* The Fluke new thermal imaging camera with Fusion Technology.
* two new products designed to optimise energy usage and plant efficiency from IFM Electronic.
* new wireless sensor technology from T-Mac Technologies.
Now in its 20th year, the 2008 show has the support of key sector organisations, including the Society of Operations Engineers, the British Compressed Air Society, the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing, UK Thermography Association, Society of Diagnostic Engineers and the Combustion Engineering Association.
Exhibitors and visitors will get all the benefits of the easyFairs approach to trade shows, including convenient and cost-effective all-inclusive stand packages and free learnShops that focus on practical knowledge sharing and cover the latest trends, issues and technology developments, including a session on maintaining high standards in thermography by Colin Pearson, Secretary of the UK Thermography Association.
Visitors can register free and find out more information about the show on the website.
