Photron Teams with Electrophysics to announce a series of educational seminars focusing on the latest advancements in high speed visible and thermal imaging systems

Photron, experts in ultra-high-speed camera systems and slow-motion imaging solutions and Electrophysics, leaders in thermal imaging and manufacturers of infrared (IR) cameras, have created these seminars for system designers, plant managers, engineers and others who are interested in high speed industrial imaging technologies for R+D, testing applications and production This series of nationwide seminars will include a "hands-on" lab to demonstrate Photron camera systems and Electrophysics thermal imagers and instrumentation for real-world solutions in both high-speed visible and thermal imaging

The first event will be held in the Chicago area on Tuesday, September 18, 2007 at the Best Western O'Hare Hotel at 10300 West Higgins Road, Rosemont, Illinois from 8am to 5pm.

The second in the series is scheduled for Thursday, September 20, 2007 at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites, 25100 Northwestern Highway, Southfield, Michigan, also from 8am to 5pm.

A continental breakfast and a catered lunch are included in the USD49 Seminar Registration fee.

The Photron-Electrophysics Imaging Seminars will provide in-depth presentations from each company.

Photron will present "High Speed Imaging for Industrial Applications" in the morning session; the Electrophysics session will include "Thermal Imaging Applications and Technology" with a discussion on advances in IR camera technology and the latest thermal imaging applications in the afternoon.

The afternoon lab will include an extended question and answer session.

Attendees are invited to explore high speed imaging challenges (both visible and IR) in their respective workplaces.

An imaging work station will be set up to demonstrate the Photron high speed, digital camera systems and the Electrophysics thermal imaging systems and to offer solutions for specific applications.
