Elscint Automation, the ISO 9001:2000 certified vibratory part feeder manufacturer from India has developed a lot of expertise in manufacturing vibratory bowl feeders for disposable blood bag components.

A further recent order covered the manufacture of vibratory bowl feeders for feeding various components required in the manufacture of disposable syringes.

The whole system consists of 14 Vibratory Parts Feeders and 10 Linear or Inline Rail Feeders.

All the components were of plastic and being light weight, a very complicated orientation was required.

Because of the different size of the components, five different Elscint Vibratory Part Feeder models were used.

The surface of the bowl feeders was given scotch bright (matt) or mirror finish depending upon the customer requirement.
