High fidelity dynamic process simulation packages, like HYSYS, can easily connect to the simulation capability of DeltaV I/O function blocks to read and write parameters to control blocks.
Connecting DeltaV Simulate to a dynamic process simulator makes training sessions more realistic and can help pinpoint operational difficulties long before the plant actually starts up.
All DeltaV modules including advanced control functionality of DeltaV Tune, DeltaV Fuzzy and DeltaV Predict can be tested within the simulation environment.
The products included in the Simulate Suite include: DeltaV Simulate and DeltaV SimulatePro for a Single PC; DeltaV Simulate Professional Plus Networked; DeltaV Simulate Professional Station Networked; DeltaV Simulate Application Station Networked; DeltaV SimulatePRO - for Single PC or for Multi-node.
