Conditioning Orifice Plate in rugged
applications

Operation of the Rosemount 1595 Conditioning Orifice Plate has been extended to ANSI 2500 / DIN PN100, and to process applications requiring Hastelloy, Monel or 304L SS material compatibility

Emerson has enhanced the Rosemount 1595 Conditioning Orifice Plate, enabling use in high pressure applications to ANSI 2500 and DIN PN100, and in process applications where Hastelloy, Monel or 304L SS material compatibility is required The Rosemount 1595 is designed for use in applications where the installation uses the Universal plate style, between orifice fittings

The Rosemount 405C Compact Conditioning Plate now offers a unique positioning option to centre the installation with ANSI, DIN or JIS standard flanges, which simplifies and assures proper alignment of the orifice, reducing installation time.

The Rosemount 1595 Conditioning Orifice Plate and 405C Compact Conditioning Orifice Plate enable users to apply orifice plates in measurement points that were previously impossible because of the pipework configuration.

These products deliver accurate and repeatable results downstream of a variety of flow disturbances that normally cause swirl in the flow process.

Rosemount Conditioning Orifice Plate technology consists of four equally spaced holes that condition the flow profile for a more stable, accurate measurement.

This unique design is the highest performing primary element available.

Rosemount Conditioning Orifice Plates require less straight pipe run, significantly reducing material, labour and procurement costs.

These devices can be installed virtually anywhere.

The Conditioning Orifice Plate offers an economical way to retrofit installations that have experienced poor results caused by limited straight-run pipes.

Now that this innovative technology can be used at higher pressures and in a wider range of fluids, users will be able to extend Rosemount orifice plates into many measurement points that were previously limited by the piping configurations.

Integrating the Conditioning Orifice Plate with Rosemount transmitters as a flowmeter provides a more cost effective and reliable measurement.

The unit arrives assembled, configured, and ready to install.

The 3051SFC Flowmeter combines the new Compact Orifice design with the scaleable architecture of the Rosemount 3051S transmitter.

This flowmeter provides advanced software capability, including user configured flow units, low flow cut-off and customised process alerts.

Installation flexibility is greatly improved because users are able to install their flowmeter directly in the process piping and position their display and communication ports at grade level.

The Rosemount 3095MFC Mass Flowmeter integrates the Compact Orifice primary with the 3095 MultiVariable transmitter.

This flowmeter enables accurate, compensated mass flow output by measuring differential pressure, pressure, and temperature with a single device.

This flowmeter is ideal for gas and steam applications where a compensated flow output is required.

The 3051SFC and 3095MFC are part of the broad range of Emerson intelligent, digital field devices that power the PlantWeb digital plant architecture to improve plant efficiency by 2% and more through delivering asset optimisation, process automation, and management execution.

Further cost savings, increased plant availability, and enhanced safety and environmental compliance are achieved when the level transmitters are integrated into the PlantWeb architecture. Request a free brochure from Emerson Process Management ...
