AMS Asset Portal is a web-based tool that allows users to capture asset information from a wide range of internal sources and customise how they use that data.

As a core component of Emerson PlantWeb digital plant architecture, AMS Asset Portal consolidates field-generated data into a single meaningful view.
With the new version, users can view a quick snapshot of the health of predefined areas within a plant using the Plant Health home page; and summarise the health of assets in a graphical format with the new Asset Health Dashboard Report.
The new version also allows users to save and filter information that is important to them and export asset data to reporting tools such as Excel to create problem asset reports.
In addition, data sources can be polled on demand instead of on a timed basis to get the most current information about assets.
With these new enhancements, users have greater access to information about asset performance and can use this information to make informed decisions that will impact their bottom line.
AMS Asset Portal accumulates diagnostic information from the Emerson AMS Suite family of diagnostic software applications and also supports information from non-Emerson asset management systems, reinforcing the Emerson commitment to openness and integration of plant assets.
