Dushanzi Petrochemical, a wholly owned subsidiary of PetroChina Co, has invested about USD4 billion (RMB 30 billion Yuan) in the project.
Emerson will supply more than 25,000 Rosemount instruments, which includes about 2,500 Fieldvue DVC6000 HART smart positioners, and 2000 Fisher control valves, and more than 400 Micro Motion Coriolis meters.
The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2008.
