QuickChange Pump Head for efficient fluid handling

An Encynova International product story

Encynova, provider of precision fluid control systems, announces a new QuickChange Pump Head for efficient handling of multiple fluids.

QuickChange Pump Heads provide convenience and modularity for managing multiple fluids with TravcylT Systems.

The pump head component of the TravcylT fluid handling system quickly detaches from the motor/driver and is replaced with a spare QuickChange Pump Head in seconds.

This capability reduces maintenance for systems that handle different fluids and eliminates cross-contamination concerns.

Unlike a basic pump solution, Encynova systems provide pumping capability, fluid measurement, and flow control all in one compact module.

Encynova designs and manufactures precision pumps and systems for fluid dispensing and metering.

These systems are valveless, digitally-controlled systems that do not require calibration and integrate easily into new and existing projects.

The TravcylT pump design combines the accuracy of a syringe pump with the reliability of a piston pump.

Encynova system modules and benchtop/keypad units are ideal for high-precision fluid control applications, including automated manufacturing, pilot plant production, and laboratory use in the pharmaceutical, biotech, inks, and food industries.

Accuracy of up to 0.1% Cv for dispensing applications and near-pulseless flow for metering applications are achievable with Encynova fluid control systems.
