The use of chlorine in the water industry is vital to ensure proper disinfection, but subject to strict regulations to prevent overdosing and handling accidents, ensuring accurate dosing and safety throughout the process.
The Endress+Hauser Stamolys CA71 CL photometric analyser is specially designed for the measurement of total residual chlorine.
It is ideal for use in drinking water treatment, monitoring of sewage outlets and process water treatment to provide better control of your plant.
The Stamolys analyser is designed for automatic unattended continuous operation and can be used with or without external conditioning systems.
It offers plain text error menu for simple troubleshooting and self-monitoring functions to prevent any malfunctioning.
At programmable intervals the system performs automatic cleaning and/or calibration to ensure reliable measurement and reduced maintenance.
In addition, its integrated datalogger allows recording and processing of measured values for historical trend analysis for further process control.
Low cost of ownership due to its low reagent consumption.
Reagent bottles are in a drip pan with leakage detection for improved safety.
Fast response time - low system volume with minimal pipe runs.
The Endress+Hauser CCE1 compact chlorine measurement system is designed for the measurement of free chlorine in water industry applications.
The measurement is pH-compensated to ensure the best possible accuracy.
Factory assembled, comprising the optimum transmitter, sensor, holder and connection cables for your application, the CCE1 offers a cost-effective solution.
It features transparent dirt trap for safe filtering of contaminants and a check valve for trouble-free withdrawal of sensors, even under pressure.
The integrated proximity switch gives a warning when the minimum flow rate is reached to avoid unscheduled downtime.
