IsFET pH sensor extends range of
application

Following the success of the Endress+Hauser TopHit H glass-free IsFET pH sensor in a wealth of applications, special versions are available for extreme process conditions and hygienic applications

Following the success of the Endress+Hauser TopHit H glass-free IsFET pH sensor in a wealth of applications, the range has been extended to include sensors specially optimised for extreme processes (CPS 441), hygienic applications (CPS 471) and for applications that are prone to build-up (CPS 491) The Endress+Hauser TopHit H simplifies inline pH measurement and achieves cost savings due to its high stability and consistently fast response times, even at low temperatures

Unlike most glass electrodes, TopHit with its robust PEEK design can be installed horizontally, allowing flush fitting with the vessel wall for easy cleaning.

All versions feature an integrated temperature sensor providing effective temperature compensation and TopHit is even suitable for use in hazardous areas (ATEX and FM approval).

The new CPS 441 electrode features a liquid KCl reference, so it is ideal for use in extreme processes eg products that have a high content of organic solvent and/or low conductivity applications.

For media that is prone to build-up, the CPS 491 is the ideal choice.

As the first IsFET sensor on the market with an open aperture reference junction, it is perfect for water purification and wastewater applications or in processes with quickly changing pH values and/or alternating temperatures and pressures.

The CPS 471 is fully sterilisable.

It is ideal for CIP processes when combined with a CleanFit retractable assembly, offering a long service life.

It conforms to 3A, EHEDG and FDA standards and is fully autoclavable - it withstands process conditions from -15C to 135C, for the maximum in hygienic performance. Request a free brochure from Endress + Hauser ...
