Edited by the Processingtalk editorial team Aug 15, 2005

The new CCS120 total chlorine sensor has been specifically designed for use in water and wastewater applications such as industrial plants that have a cooling water or wastewater treatment facility

The new Endress+Hauser CCS120 total chlorine sensor has been specifically designed for use in water and wastewater applications such as industrial plants that have a cooling water treatment facility, wastewater treatment plants governed by EPA discharge limits - in fact, any water plants that chlorinate and de-chlorinate.

With the CCS120 Endress+Hauser offers a truly cost-effective solution to free residual chlorine and total chlorine measurement.

This proven technology does not require chemical additions or pH buffering, so there's no hidden costs and no need to carry MSDS sheets.

What's more, the CCS120 can be used with existing Endress+Hauser transmitters or can be directly mounted in the process or contact tank - you decide! For maximum flexibility, the CCS120 can be retrofitted into existing processes and allows simple integration into HART or Profibus systems.
