Endress+Hauser go digital at WWEM

Join Endress+Hauser on stand 73 at WWEM 2006 for your chance to discover the benefits of going digital with the Liquiline M transmitter and Memosens digital pH sensor range

Join Endress+Hauser on stand 73 at WWEM 2006 for your chance to discover the benefits of going digital with the Liquiline M transmitter and Memosens digital pH sensor range Liquiline M is simple, suitable, versatile

Why make things complicated? Liquiline M has a step-by-step, menu-driven operation that makes user error virtually impossible.

It is operated using a new 'navigator' button, a twisting dial with an integrated 'enter' key.

Parameter setting, servicing, diagnostics and predictive maintenance are in plain text format, making the need for bulky manuals a thing of the past.

And with the measured value displayed in large plain text 22mm high, Liquiline means fast, easily-accessed data.

It also performs when you need it, where you need it.

It's available with a corrosion-resistant housing in either plastic or stainless steel.

It is suitable for use in plants and for integration into panels, in both safe and hazardous areas.

You can also be assured that it complies with the international safety standard SIL2 for simple integration into Safety Instrumented Systems.

For sheer versatility, Liquiline M is available as either a digital or analogue transmitter and is designed for all standard bus systems such as HART, Profibus or Foundation Fieldbus for simple integration into both new and existing systems.

Combined with the Memosens digital pH sensor, it automatically transports sensor-specific data between sensor and transmitter, guaranteeing interference-free measuring signals and simplifying process measuring technology.

What's more, it stores critical information (for example, calibration data, sensor limits and operational time) in the sensor head.

This means simple commissioning and maintenance with pre-calibrated sensors from the laboratory or workshop.

The sensors identify themselves within the application; each measuring point recognises its individual sensor, providing a significant reduction in downtime.

Sensor lifetime is increased so that sensors that were once thrown away can now be checked and regenerated by laboratory cleaning, considerably extending their service life! Memosens: the right electrodes for your industry.

Memosens electrodes are available with PTFE, ceramic or open diaphragms and come with ATEX/FM approval for use in a wide range of applications.

The Orbisint CPS11D is ideal for monitoring stable processes in the water industry, while the Ceraliquid CPS41D features a KCl liquid reference system for the highest accuracy in ultra-pure water and high blocking media.

For hygienic applications, or where electrode poisoning is common, the Ceragel CPS71D offers the optimum solution with its double chamber reference system and ceramic diaphragm, whilst the heavy-duty, fast-response Orbipore CPS91D is for use in applications that undergo dramatic changes in process conditions and contain suspensions, emulsions and precipitations.
