Endress+Hauser is introducing new improved versions of the level limit switch, Soliphant M, featuring the newest technology in vibration switches for solids.

The new Soliphant M has retained all the old features of its previous version, Soliphant II: insensitivity to build-up, no moving parts, no calibration required, but now it also includes additional benefits: Smaller fork option for small tanks, Density sensitivity adjustment, Additional electronic output options, Additional certification available e.g SIL.

The Soliphant M is now available in three versions: high temperature, coated and polished, which open up a wealth of application possibilities.

* High temperature version.

Now the temperature limit has been raised to 280C, making the new Soliphant M ideal for use in high temperature fly ash applications!.

* Coated version.

In applications with very aggressive media, even stainless steel suffers corrosion.

The new Soliphant M now has the solution for these special applications using the multi-layer ETFE polymer coated version.

What's more, in media prone to strong build-up, Endress+Hauser can offer the brand new Excalibur coating, which avoids build-up but also protects against abrasion.

Ideal for the food industry, it can be used in applications up to 230C!.

* Polished version.

Last but not least, the new Soliphant M is available with a higher quality surface finish.

The stainless steel surface roughness is reduced to 0.8micron without manual polishing and is easy to clean, making this version perfect for use in hygienic applications.

The Soliphant M has been successfully tried and tested in the field over the last two years.
