The Endress+Hauser Micropilot M FMR244 radar gauge provides non-contact continuous measurement and measurement integrity during pneumatic filling.
The Micropilot M radar gauge removes problems of echo loss in applications where pneumatic filling occurs or where there are variable gas densities or temperatures.
The E+H Micropilot M FMR244
The Micropilot M radar gauge eliminates the problems associated with product overspill such as product loss, clean-up costs and plant and personnel safety.
The FMR244 horn antenna offers 26GHz frequency and full ATEX II 1/2GD certification for hazardous-area use, making it suited to a wide range of applications.
The Micropilot M FMR244 has a measuring range of up to 70m and remains fully operational in process temperatures up to 200C and pressures of 40 bar.
It comes with: integrated plain English display for simple menu-guided operation; free Fieldcare software for straightforward configuration, commissioning and documentation of the measuring point; and HART, Profibus PA and Foundation Fieldbus connectivity for seamless integration.
