The Executive Board of Delft Instruments announces that it has signed a definitive agreement for the sale of the Enraf division to Honeywell International, of the USA
After all regulatory approvals have been obtained, Enraf will be part of Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS), thus expanding the Honeywell global portfolio in high-growth, high-service industries, including oil and gas In 2006 Enraf had sales of approximately EUR 100 million
