Enraf UK consolidates its activities in Fareham

Enraf UK, including Enraf Terminal Automation and the Tank Gauging Division, has transferred its Sales and Service Groups from Hornchurch, Essex to Fareham, Hampshire, to join Enraf Fluid Technology

Enraf UK has transferred its Sales and Service Groups from Hornchurch, Essex to Fareham, Hampshire.

The Fareham site was the UK base for Lubrizol Performance Systems, which was recently acquired by Enraf parent company Delft Instruments BV, and is now re-branded as Enraf Fluid Technology.

Enraf UK, better known as the Enraf Terminal Automation and Tank Gauging Division, is now well into the process of incorporating Enraf Fluid Technology into its structure and all Enraf UK activities are now managed from the single site.

Enraf Fluid Technology produces and supplies a broad range of custom-engineered explosion-proof precision blending and additive metering equipment for the petroleum industry and is the leader in its field.

Enraf UK specialises in the manufacture of precision measuring systems and software for tank storage companies.

Although the Company's main focus is on the storage and transport of oil and liquefied gas, Enraf precision instrumentation is also used in the storage of other diverse high-value liquids such as whisky.

Commenting on the transfer to Fareham, Enraf UK Managing Director Richard Thompson said: "This move gives Enraf an exciting opportunity to offer our customers even more value than before.

One example is the doubling in size of our sales team and the trebling in size of our site support team, allowing us to offer improved response times for all service, sales and engineering functions.

We now also provide our customers with a concentrated hub of expertise for the disciplines of both loading and storage of high value bulk liquids".
