Reduce water bills by 50% at the Energy Event
Envirowise will be hosting a seminar at the Energy Event to advise how businesses can reduce water bills by up to 50% by adopting a systematic approach to water management
The last ESTA seminar of the day covers the fundamentals of energy management and how to complete a site energy assessment and implement energy cost reduction programmes.
On Thursday 13th September at 10am, the first ESTA seminar looks at implementing aM+T and 'smart metering' and how this can save SMEs between 5 and 11% energy cost.
This is followed by a seminar entitled 'Gaining control of your buildings' that looks at controls and control systems.
The final seminar on Thursday provides another opportunity to discuss the fundamentals of energy management.
In addition to the ESTA seminars, Envirowise will be running a water efficiency workshop on both Wednesday 12th September and Thursday 13th September at 2pm.
Envirowise will be discussing how water is an increasingly expensive resource as well as showing how reducing water consumption can be one of the easiest and cheapest ways to achieve cost savings and could reduce water bills by up to 50%.
On Thursday 13th September, CIBSE (Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers) is running a seminar at 10am entitled 'Building Certification' that will cover duties under the new law and how to achieve the best grade for a building.
Later the same day CIBSE will be covering the issues surrounding the design and controls for energy efficient lighting.
Attendance at any of these seminars is free but attendees are advised to register in advance on the website to guarantee a place.
