Metal detectable rubber for food gaskets
and seals
E-Components and Chains are pleased to announce the launch of their "Detectamet" metal detectable rubber sheeting for gaskets and seals in the food industry
The ECC "Detectamet" Rubber Sheeting is designed for use on machinery throughout the food and pharmaceutical industries If sheeting happens to end up in a product the production line metal detection system should be able to detect a 5mm square section, depending on how the detectors are set
The ECC "Detectamet" Metal Detectable Rubber Sheeting is ideal for gaskets and seals and is made up of food quality rubber with a non-toxic additive.
The ECC "Detectamet" Sheeting is coloured blue to differentiate from standard rubber.
The ECC "Detectamet" Sheeting is available in various thicknesses including: 5mm, 3mm and 1.5mm (other sizes available upon request) The ECC Detectamet Sheet is available in 1 metre widths.
Punching facilities are available.
