The EPG LevelMaster Stand Alone (LMSA) liquid level monitoring system monitors and displays liquid levels in side slope risers, wells, tanks, sumps, reservoirs, and settling ponds

The EPG LevelMaster Stand Alone (LMSA) liquid level monitoring system monitors and displays liquid levels in side slope risers, wells, tanks, sumps, reservoirs, and settling ponds The LMSA liquid level monitoring system includes the following time-tested, field-proven components: first the LevelMaster Meter

This microprocessor-based digital display level meter is dependable, easy to use, and highly accurate.

Unlike other meters, programming the EPG LevelMaster level meter can be completed in 12 easy steps.

Three outputs allow set up of three separate functions (i.e two pumps operating in lead-lag mode and a high level alarm or a high/high or high/low level alarm plus one pump).

The meter has a nominal display rate of 2.5 updates per second, a response time of 500 milliseconds, will store the highest and lowest readings in meter memory until cleared, and has a built-in 24 VDC power supply for 4-20 mA sensors.

This provides accurate and continuous liquid monitoring of almost any liquid.

Values can be set to any engineering unit and any measurement increments.

It is compatible with EPG SurePump or can be used in stand alone applications.

Self-contained, solid-state system with no moving parts.

Factory tested and ready for immediate installation.

Easy to install, simple to operate.

Second unit is the LevelMaster Sensor.

The EPG LevelMaster liquid level sensor is used to accurately measure liquid levels and transmit signal to the meter.

Applications include side slope risers, wells, lift stations, tanks, sumps, reservoirs, wet wells and settling ponds.

The EPG level sensor is constructed with a silicon pressure cell (many pressure ranges are available) mounted in a rugged 316 stainless steel housing.

The sensor is fully submersible in any liquid compatible with 316 stainless steel and the chemical resistant polyurethane jacketed cable (optional Tefzel cable available).

Unlike transducers, whose signals may be distorted by outside interference, the EPG LevelMaster liquid level sensor gives outstanding noise immunity utilizing a 4-20 mA output to maximise signal accuracy and strength.

In addition, the sensor features built-in temperature compensation as well as precise calibration, with accuracy of +/-1.0%, and a combined repeatability and hysteresis error of +/-0.125%.

It is made to be used in harsh, volatile environments.

316 stainless steel construction, small diameter, easy to install.

Compatible with the EPG SurePump sump drainer or can be used in stand alone applications.

Fully submersible in any liquid, sinks easily to any depth (weighs 7 oz).

Provides extremely accurate continuous measurement.

Sensor lead wire includes breather tube for atmospheric pressure compensation.

Self-sealing filler in lead prevents moisture from "wicking" into electronics.

The built-in thermostatically controlled panel heater maintains minimum temperature, eliminates condensation, optimises meter accuracy and extends the life of the system.

The LMSA liquid level monitoring system is housed in a NEMA 4X weatherproof, moulded fiberglass enclosure and includes fused power supply with surge suppressor.

An optional intrinsically safe barrier is available for the level sensor when used in hazardous locations.

Power requirements: 115 Volts, 60 Hertz, single phase or 12 VDC.
