The Series 2000 CVC(constant volumetric controller) uses a new system of valve technology for flow control, giving fast response, 1% accuracy and eliminating regulators, needles valves and electronics

The valve is totally independent of temperature and pressure changes and maintains a constant volumetric flow rate for gases and constant mass flow rates for liquids, regardless of the up or downstream pressures.

This means that regulators, needle valves and electronics can be eliminated providing a large cost savings.

The series 2000 is completely mechanical in functioning.

Main features of this new valve are: Self regulation in less than 100 milliseconds; 1% set point accuracy; Controls flow independent of pressure and temperature changes.

The controller is used in closed loop systems with set-point being reached typically after 20 to 100 milliseconds.

Body material options include stainless steel, brass and aluminium.

Pressure to 200 bar.

Flow range from 10 cc to 50 standard l/min.

Totally mechanical so it is intrinsically safe.

Compact dimensions.
