Electronic volumetric flow controllers
CVC (constant volumetric control) is a totally mechanical flow control valve which operates independent of any changes in pressure or temperature, maintaining flow to 1% of full scale range
CVC (constant volumetric control) is a totally mechanical flow control valve which operates independent of any changes in pressure or temperature, maintaining flow to 1% of full scale range With its high speed of response, around 100 milliseconds, the valve also acts as a pressure regulator valve
Electronics have been added to the proven CVC internals and now the set point can be set locally or remotely with a voltage or 4-20 ma signal .
Local and digital outputs display flow, pressure and temperatures.
Flow ranges 0 to 30 l/min of air and 0- 3 l/min of liquid.
Maximum pressures to 35 bars and temperatures to 70C.
As the design is mechanical, there are no drift or warm up problems.
Flow control is maintained even after loss of power.
Stainless steel body is standard with others on special order.
Manual set models available in brass, aluminium or stainless steel at higher flow rates.
