Chemical injection valves for metering
systems
Injection valves are designed to ensure chemical feed systems inject into the centre of a process stream, for better mixing, and to prevent corrosion along the process line
Injection valves are designed to ensure chemical feed systems inject into the centre of a process stream, for better mixing, and to prevent corrosion along the process line Built-in check valves prevent backflow from the process fluid to the chemical line
Installation is done by threading the valve into a process or tank to deliver chemicals to a desired application point .The integrated quill keeps the chemical off the wall of the tank or pipe and provides optimum mixing .
Materials of construction include 4 engineering plastics, 316 Stainless Steel, Alloy20 and Hastelloy C .
Sizes are from 0.5 to 2 inch.
These valves are commonly used with other ESE products for metering systems - such as back pressure and relief valves, pulsation dampeners and calibration cylinders, up to complete fluid management systems from metering pump to injection point at the pipeline.
