An instrumentation seminar and an exhibition will be held at the Great Southern Hotel, Cork Airport, from 0930 to 1730 on 28th September 2005.
Emerson is inviting anyone from the Cork area in Ireland to "drop-in" during their next Instrumentation Open Day, on Wednesday 28th September.
You are invited to listen to the seminar presentations about the latest product developments, and to inspect the instrumentation on display in the Exhibition.
If you prefer, just come to relax over a free lunch or coffee, and have a discussion about your next project plans with some of our control and instrumentation specialists.
Mark September 28 in your diary, and visit the Great Southern Hotel at Cork Airport.
This year the theme of the presentation is "Instrumentation", concentrating on Rosemount pressure, temperature, level and flow instruments, on Micro Motion Coriolis mass flow meter technology, and on Rosemount Analytical products for gas and liquids monitoring.
The Seminars will present NEW aspects of these products you may not have seen before - and some totally NEW products.
The seminar topics include: Sensors for safety instrumented systems, and how to choose equipment for SIS applications.
Rosemount radar systems for level and interface measurement, and how to deal with difficult aplications.
Micro Motion flow, density and concentration measurement.
Novel methods of flow measurement using Rosemount transmitters, with some new application techniques and accessories.
A new development, the Rosemount 3420 Fieldbus Interface Module allows full Foundation fieldbus installations even on legacy hosts: this means those DCS systems just too old to have adopted fieldbus can now be updated! This enables the information advantages and cost benefits of PlantWeb architecture in your existing plant and control system! The final seminar of the day will give an insight into the next generation of instrumentation - and show what is on offer with the latest wireless technology, particularly as applied to instrumentation in an existing plant.
