New role for Andy Hammond at Emerson
Emerson Process Management has promoted Andy Hammond to the position of Sales Manager for Asset Optimisation for the UK and Ireland
Andy Hammond will be responsible for the diverse range of Asset Optimisation products and services, ranging from portable and online machinery health monitoring equipment, through to the AMS suite of predictive maintenance software applications AMS Suite, an essential element of the Emerson proven PlantWeb digital plant architecture, uses predictive intelligence to improve the availability and performance of production assets

Hammond had previously held the position of Business Development Manager, Refining, having transferred from the Emerson tank gauging business, where he was Sales Manager.
Hammond has over 20 years experience in the automation market, after serving an apprenticeship with Bestobell Mobrey in Slough.
Hammond has a BTEC HNC in Production Engineering, and will be based in the Emerson Stockport office.
