Your Own Sourcing Office in China
E-Trade2China acts as a contracted sourcing office in China, with merchandising, design and QC staff dedicated to each client, enabling them to function as domestically-registered companies in China
E-Trade2China Inc acts as a contracted sourcing office for a number of US and European companies, and employs merchandising, design, production, packaging and QC staff exclusively on their behalf to enable them to function as domestically-registered companies in China.
This means that E-Trade2China clients can buy directly from Chinese factories without having to pay commissions to trading companies either in their home markets, in Hong Kong, or abroad.
Independent research has recently shown, for example, that 90 percent of the 'factories' at the Canton Fair are, in fact, trading companies which in turn deal with trading companies in Shenzhen and Southern China - not factories on the mainland as they would have you believe.
We currently employ over 110 staff for our clients here, and all our staff are involved full-time in merchandising, QC, product development, design, manufacturing, packaging, accounting, logistics and shipping for the client to whom they are assigned.
We are 100 percent British-owned, and have our headquarters in the centre of Shanghai.
We also have offices in Moscow, and our clients treat our offices as their own.
We are one of very, very few 'fully foreign-funded Chinese enterprises'.
As you may know, Representative Offices (which many companies consider) are not legally allowed to actually 'buy' products in China - whereas we enable you to do this.
We enable you to hire exactly the staff you require, whereas if you open a Representative Office you would have to employ staff through FESCO, the government agency which tells you who to employ and how much to pay them.
We enable you to bypass this.
Our clients are involved in extremely diverse product areas: clothing, industrial components, jewellery, clothing, textiles, homewares, plastics, electronics, airline products, furniture, and many, many more.
We would be able to have anything from 3 to 50 qualified staff working exclusively for you within 7 days.
Our clients tend to start with 3 or 4, and grow to approximately 20 within about 6 months based on the additional revenue we generate.
We operate for a low, flat monthly fee, instead of charging commission on every supply contract.
This works out extremely profitable for our clients, and we would like you to consider what this would mean for your company, and is the number one reason why our clients use us.
A number of major retail chains visit our merchandising department weekly in order to chose from a selection of homewares, clothing, fashion accessories and industrial products.
We currently supply (either directly or through our clients) Wal-Mart, Disney, Ted Baker, Debenhams, British Petroleum, Cox Industries, IDEX Corporation, American Airlines, and many, many more.
We also have experience setting up factories for foreign companies in China, and also operate a successful retail operation in China.
We know of no other company who is doing the same thing (i.e trading at zero commission), and we are therefore looking for innovative companies who are interested in our revolutionary sourcing approach.
No company which has seen our operation here first-hand has then gone on to open their own office in China without using us.
In short, we would like to compete with your internal sourcing divisions for a share of your business, as well as co-ordinating, structuring, and processing your purchases from your current Asian vendors whilst we re-source all your products at lower cost.
We would like to invite you to use us as a base for your China operations.
