EXELE TopView software is a powerful, yet easy to configure, process alarming tool for OPC-DA data sources and PI Servers: spoken announcements are now added to pagers and text message alarms

EXELE TopView software is a powerful, yet easy to configure, process alarming tool for OPC-DA data sources and PI Servers Running on the Microsoft Windows platform, TopView Windows can monitor thousands of tags and send alarm messages through email, alphanumeric pagers, phones and plant paging systems

Latest version adds voice notification.

With the release of version 5.4, users of TopView can now create their own spoken alarm announcements in response to process conditions.

This is in addition to email, pager and text messaging notification already available in previous versions of TopView.

Custom alarm message text ("The temperature of unit 4 is high") can be linked to event and alarm conditions defined by the user ("Tag TT001 340").

When the condition occurs, people can be notified by voice, either by phone or on the speakers of the PC.

Recipients of phone voice messages can remotely acknowledge alarms using their phone keypad.

Unacknowledged alarms can be escalated over time to different recipients using multiple methods (email, pagers, voice) so that critical conditions are not ignored.
