Exeter Analytical (UK) is launching a series of one-day training seminars aimed at scientists involved with or interested in using microanalysis techniques on organic samples

Exeter Analytical (UK), a leader in high precision determination of the carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen and sulphur composition of organic samples, has announced that it launching a series of one-day training seminars aimed at scientists involved with or interested in using microanalysis techniques Due to take place in Coventry, UK during Autumn 2007, the aim of each seminar, delivered by highly experienced speakers, will be to enable attendees to improve their understanding of microanalysis theory, increase proficiency in handling different sample types and produce better, more consistent analytical results from their systems

The training seminars are open to users of both Exeter Analytical and competitive CHN microanalysis systems.

Emphasis will be on the use of the latest methods, with both theoretical and practical aspects covered.

There will be application examples to illustrate the techniques.

Time will also be available to discuss topics and answer questions from the delegates.

Covering all aspects of microanalysis from chemistry and theory of operation, practical considerations, routine maintenance through to optimisation of operation the highly affordable seminars have been designed to cater for both experienced microanalysts as well as those new to the field.

All attendees will receive a certificate of microanalysis training and competency on completing the course.

The content of the seminars is drawn from the personal experiences of Exeter Analytical staff and customers and encompasses many years of designing, building and operating instrumentation.

The speakers have an extensive knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of the techniques and the application areas.
