The versatile VariQuik coupling system provides a quick change for the oxygen filling rack and connection to the CGA 540 and CGA 870 from a single oxygen source.

In the application, the VariQuik coupler is added to the oxygen source, and the FasTest MediMate 540 and MediMate 870 medical oxygen connectors for the CGA 540 and CGA 870, respectively, are outfitted with a flexible pigtail hose and mating connector to the VariQuik coupler.

This simple change makes a dedicated oxygen filling rack easily converted back and forth between the CGA 540 and CGA 870 connections.

This keeps the rack busy at all times, and makes a dedicated rack an option, but not a requirement.
