Remote Capabilities In most situations.
FBO Systems remote capabilities can replace the typical "plane ticket and an eight-hour minimum expense" for database consulting.
Customers simply initiate a session through FBO Systems web site.
IT Services, granted access to the customer computers, can then diagnose issues, install software patches and upgrades, and tune the system without ever traveling to the company physical location.
Throughout the process, the customer IT department can monitor the entire installation and speak with IT Services as needed.
"Basically we are making it possible for the customer IT departments to access bandwidth on demand and probably at a substantial cost savings," summarizes Mr Hagler.
