Anheuser-Busch has contracted with FCX Integrated Plant Services on a stocking and recertification programme that will extend the life cycle of their Ammonia Safety Relief Valves

Anheuser-Busch has contracted with FCX Integrated Plant Services on a stocking and recertification programme that will extend the life cycle of their Ammonia Safety Relief Valves.

The service offered by FCX IPS is two fold: the first being managing the Anheuser-Busch inventory and the second being valve repairs.

Following the Anheuser-Busch safety standard, new and repaired safety relief valves have a five year life span whether the valve is in service or sitting on a storeroom shelf in "repaired" condition.

Per the agreement, FCX IPS will store Anheuser-Busch safety relief vales in a "non-repaired" state.

When the need for a repaired valve arises, FCX IPS will repair, certify and deliver the valve to Anheuser-Busch.

This process ensures that Anheuser-Busch gets the full five year life span on all of their installed safety relief valves.

Internally, FCX IPS has established a dedicated stocking location within its Columbus, Ohio warehouse facility to manage and store the Anheuser-Busch inventory.

The stocking location is enclosed and maintained to ensure that the valves remain clean, undamaged and protected.
