Yves Cuyvers has been promoted to Director and General Manager for Truflo International group company IMF, based near Paris, France

Yves Cuyvers has been promoted to Director and General Manager for Truflo International group company IMF, based near Paris, France.

Yves has been with the manufacturing group for 17 years - originally joining the company in 1988 as an engineering department Support Engineer at Truflo Rona in his home country of Belgium.

In 2000 he moved to France and joined IMF as Production Manager.

IMF manufactures state-of-the-art regulators and pressure control systems for a wide range of demanding markets and applications ranging from products for plastic injection moulding, to solutions for the defence industry and even for Formula One.

The company has been highly regarded for more than four decades for its expertise in specialist applications in these areas.

Yves explained: "While working at Truflo Rona I was approached to work at IMF.

I visited the site and was immediately allured by the company, its amazing products, staff motivation and the site itself.

It's very exciting to be taking the helm of the company at this stage".

While at Truflo Rona Yves successfully obtained ISO 9001 certificates and was responsible for the running of the factory and the construction of a new facility.

He was subsequently promoted to Production Manager and furthered his position by becoming involved in the company IT development and health and safety management.

In his new position Yves is targeting year on year growth and a continuation of the high level of profitability the company is currently experiencing.
