A new training course aims to develop understanding, communication skills and teamworking between service teams: it is the latest addition to the Festo Service Ambassador training programme

Festo Didactic will be showing the latest addition to its renowned Service Ambassador training programme at SME 2006.

Known as 'Team Power', the new course aims to develop understanding, communication skills and teamworking between internal and external service teams.

Festo Didactic is the training and consultancy division of the automation leader, Festo, and offers a broad range of training products, customised and bespoke training programmes.

Through consultancy support it offers service organisations a chance to improve competitive energy by optimising processes and product development, and by training people.

The programme utilises the I-D-E-A (Identify, Develop, Engage, Apply) methodology to define and manage projects with clients.

In addition to the new Team Power course, Festo Didactic will also be showing the main elements of its Service Ambassador programme.

These include 'Communications skills for service engineers', 'Advanced communication skills for service engineers', and 'Embedded Coach'.

All four courses will run regularly at the Festo training centre in Northampton, or at the client's premises on request.
