The MPS PA learning system provides a very cost-effective means of training personnel in the design, commissioning, use and maintenance of large-scale processes that would be prohibitively expensive or impracticable to shut down for training purposes.
The MPS PA is fully compatible with other modules in the Festo MPS series of modular production systems, enabling users to configure installations that exactly match their training needs.
These include simulation stations, PLCs and industrial controllers, together with a software package known as Fluid-Lab-PA, which allows trainers and trainees to perform measurement and control operations on PCs.
Festo is also taking the opportunity to showcase their portfolio of process-specific pneumatic products at IWEX, as well as highlighting its latest process industry focused training courses.
The company trains over 42,000 personnel worldwide every year and is a leader in technology based courses on pneumatics, hydraulics and PLCs, as well as in soft skills personnel development, such as service engineer communication courses, employee engagement and team coaching.
