Third Queen's Award for Fibercore
Fibercore, the World's leading developer and manufacturer of specialty optical fibers, will be presented with two Queen's Awards on 8 November 2007 by HRH The Duke of Kent KG at its Hampshire HQ
In conjunction with the Queen's Award for Innovation received in 2004, Fibercore now has the distinction of becoming the first and only company to hold Queen's Awards for Enterprise simultaneously in all three categories: International Trade, Innovation and Sustainable Development Becoming the first company to hold all three awards simultaneously is a huge honour for Fibercore as it is extremely difficult to qualify in one, let alone all three categories
