FCI growth in international trade wins award

The San Diego World Trade Center has recognised the significant growth achieved by FCI in international markets and presented them with the 'Exporter of the Year' award

In order to attain its aggressive international growth targets, FCI implemented new processes to meet the 7/24 demand for technical information and customer support from overseas customers and distributors.

Additionally, to increase demand for its flow instrumentation solutions, FCI delivered in-depth training programmes to educate overseas markets about how to solve manufacturing problems with its advanced flow measurement technologies.

To better serve customers and distributors in key world regions, the company invested in both a sales and a service centre in Beijing and a service centre in Saudi Arabia.

FCI also ramped up its overseas product delivery systems and improved on-time deliveries outside the US.
