Fint OEM modules developed for sub-sea
use
Fint has developed the ultra accurate PROFIbus OEM module FintPROFI T480, for pressure and temperature measurements suitable for the subsea oil production industry
Fint has developed the ultra accurate Profibus OEM module FintPROFI T480 This module is suited for various types of analogue measurements like pressure bridge sensors, Pt100, Pt1000 etc
It is developed as a platform to allow customisation in SW for various applications.
This module is consequently well suited for pressure and temperature measurements.
On behalf of Seaproof AS, supplier of equipment to the subsea oil production industry, Fint has customised the T480 to become a very accurate pressure and temperature transmitter.
Accurate and reliable constant current sources for the sensor elements are available on the module.
To achieve the required accuracy a complex linearisation third order polynomial is implemented in the transmitter.
