Flexicon has launched an IP68 liquid tight range of cable glands, that provide a fast and easy to assemble method of strain relief for cable diameters ranging from 5 to 25mm

The glands are available in four colours; red, white and grey, supplied with locknuts, and black without All have a nitrile rubber seal and can be used between a temperature range of -20C to +90C

The new range is produced and tested in accordance with EN 50262:1999 and is ROHS compliant.

The company has also added nickel-plated brass, metric and PG threaded, cable gland combinations to both its FPA and FPAX nylon fitting ranges in straights, 90 and 45 degree elbows.

Again these are ideal when strain relief is needed within a conduit system.
