It is designed for high airflow processes, handling continuous dust loads, whilst maintaining clean filters and a consistent air flow.
It can be used to extract floating dust at one or several sources at the same time.
Features include a cleaning process controlled either by an optional timer or pressure differential using a Filter Cleaning Control unit (FCCU), regulator valves to control the airflow to the filter being cleaned, sequential filter cleaning cycles, the use of compressed air over the entire filter surface to maintain very clean filters and maximum airflow performance.
Dust loaded air flows through the pre-separator chamber and any heavy dust is separated and deposited in a dust collecting container.
In the next stage, any further dust is filtrated on the exterior of the filter cartridges and is deposited in the same container.
Clean air is then filtered back into the workshop.
A new filter comes into operation, whilst the contaminated filter is rotated on its spindle and automatically cleaned by compressed air.
For critical applications, the filter cartridge is continually cleaned by compressed air to maintain a high level of airflow without interfering with the incoming airflow.
Kiekens sequential cycling rotary multi-nozzle with its airflow control is an advanced continuous filtering cleaning system providing efficient and thorough cleaning.
