New wall mounted welding fume extractor
The TEKA Caremaster SF-W is a new BIA European Standard approved static wall mounted one way welding fume extractor from Flextraction, suppliers of dust and fume extraction products for the work-place
The Caremaster SF-W available with one suction arm and supporting crane, is designed as Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) for most types of industrial fume extraction, especially welding, and with its 1,1kW, 400V, 50Hz 3-phase motor, it produces a fan capacity of 2,500m3/hour with a low operating noise level of 75dB(A) and a dust collection efficiency of around 99,9%, using a class W3 filter (for when high alloy steel with >30% nickel based alloys are involved) It is also available with two suction arms, crane support and a 2,2kW, 400V, 50Hz 3-phase motor producing a fan capacity of 3,500m3/hour

The suction arms are available in lengths of 2m, 3m, 4m, 4,5m, 5m 6m 7m, or 8m with a choice of internal or external joints.
The 150mm diameter arms are available as a 160mm diameter option.
It is very user friendly and comes supplied with a durable filter cassette with a large surface filter fleece, pre-filter unit, filter monitor, a specially designed sealing face lifter for the filter seal inserts producing an airtight seal allowing air to re-circulate through the filter inserts, hour meter, wall bracket and protective motor switch for wall mounting.
As an option, aluminium pre-filters and carbon filters to remove gaseous substances are available.
