Low cost alternative to stainless steel
load cells
The new ZLB low cost, low profile, aluminium beam load cell from Flintec is mechanically interchangeable with the Flintec SB6 stainless steel beam cell and other competitive industry standard products
Available in capacities from 20-200 kg, the ZLB provides a highly cost effective alternative to these products in applications where stainless steel construction is not required With a height ranging from only 9.5 to 16 mm across the capacity range, this load cell is ideal for applications where space is limited
The ZLB is OIML approved to 3000 divisions and the latest potting techniques ensure this load cell meets IP67 sealing requirements.
Flintec expect this product to find application in low profile scales, filling machines, belt scales, hopper scales and medical scales.
The standard mV/V/ohm calibration feature eliminates time consuming corner calibration in multiple load cell systems and facilitates load cell replacement.
