ATEX certified load cells
Flintec have gained ATEX certification for their range of stainless steel load cells for both gas and dust environments
The approved products include bending beams, S beams, shear beams and canister cells with certification covering use both in gas and dust environments Certificate number is KEMA 02 ATEX 1123X
An added advantage of the Flintec range of load cells for hazardous area use is their high 1100 ohm bridge impedance and mV/V/ohm output matching.
The company is now also offering a new DIN-rail ATEX certified intrinsically safe amplifier which gives a standard 4-20mA output.
For process weighing, a full range of mounting hardware is available to ensure optimum load introduction and to prevent unwanted side forces affecting weighing performance.
