The single or dual pulse output, obtained using non-wetted pick-offs, complies with the API Level B Pulse Security Standards, and certifications available include CE, PED, ATEX and Cenelec EExd.
The dual spiral rotor design of the BiRotor Plus uses a reduced number of parts, improving serviceability and maintenance, particularly for offshore applications: the balanced rotor design and profile allows the meter to cope easily with entrained air, and off-balance masses.
Simplifying the design has also reduced the pressure drop across the meter, which expands the number of suitable applications, to include loading bay and product transportation facilities.
