Flowserve Flow Control launch Master
Station II
Limitorque, the Flowserve Flow Control specialist electric actuator and controls manufacturer, has launched the Master Station II, a new single-source controller for up to 250 actuators
Designed for major control systems in pharmaceutical, wastewater and power station applications, the Master Station II simplifies the necessary wiring overhead and represents a cost-effective, plug and play valve automation solution that can operate as its own host or as an integral element of a large-scale DCS system Using Modbus connectivity and with a simple touch-panel interface, the unit provides remote location on/off control and intermediate positioning for each actuator within the system and can also operate in Valve Emergency Shutdown mode
Supplying real-time actuator status through continuous cyclical polling of field units, Master Station II gives an immediate, on-demand view of network status.
A web server is built in to the unit, say Limitorque, for ease of actuator and network diagnostics.
